Sarah Shiner

Since qualifying from St George’s University hospital London Sarah has gained broad clinical experience in public, private and charitable sectors. She has worked across two large London based teaching hospitals and a specialist private neurological centre. She currently works full time at a charity that provides exercise classes and peer support for people with neurological conditions.

Sarah has developed specialist assessment and treatment skills from rotations across neuromedicine, neurosurgery, acute stroke units and rehabilitation units. Sarah is trained in APPI neuro pilates and Neurofit - a strength and conditioning programme for people with neurological conditions, focusing on flexibility, strength, power and cardiovascular ability.

She is passionate about exercise and it’s ability to improve mental and physical wellbeing. Incorporating her skills with this belief to provide effective and enjoyable treatment programmes.
